I struggled for months trying to track down the cause of a p0455 EVAP system trouble code. New gas cap and new purge valve made no difference. I finally broke down and got this smoke machine. I found the hole in my vapor canister in about 20 minutes. A little epoxy putty and problem fixed. Considering what a shop would have charged me or the cost of a new vapor canister, this thing paid for itself handily. I could not get a good seal around the fuel cap neck with the included adapter, but I used a handful of plumbers putty to create the seal. That did the trick. I used cheap baby oil (mineral oil) and it created lots of smoke. Two thumbs up.
