Great unit works as advertised

Works great for finding boost/vacuum leaks.
Nice setup that is easy to use, everything is also pretty well made.
Comes with almost everything you need to start testing (just needs smoke oil).

I am a master technician for General Motors and this smoke machine works just as good or better then the high dollar ones the only draw back is it could use a indicator gauge the machine makes smoke fast and is easily hooked to the evap system the intake system to find vacuum leaks or exhaust system or turbo system to find leaks the smoke is also thick enough to easily find where water leaks are around doors glass and so on and you can just use simple baby oil or anything equivalent I had a Red Line smoke machine which if you work in the automotive field you know it's not cheap and I like this smoke machine a lot better it also has a simple on off button hope this review helps.

commercial nut/bolt removal in a very rusted situation...however needed 30 second heat app on the difficult ones..and sometimes more than 1 rep. ...success in the end..

Life saver and no more worries about working near the gas tank. Heat up the bolt in seconds, spray a little PB Blaster and bolt comes loose within seconds with very little effort. Also for the first time ever I did not break a rusty muffler bolt. Came lose once heat and PB Blaster applied effortless. Not sure longevity as my unit has something inside making a small rattle since day one. Has not effective use. Have used it extensively for the 1 month I have owned it.

I was skeptical at the price, but it works great.

I say this is situational because you will need good access to the bolt however if you dont have a torch or cannot use open flame heat on a part this is a great tool! This is a complete kit with multiple tips and a durable case. you can bend the legs on the tips to be able to use it in tighter spots. overall this is a very cool and useful tool to have in the home box!

This is a must have for anyone working on a car. Life saver.

So I’ve been chasing a boost leak for sometime now and was almost ready to take my car to a shop. I purchased this smoke machine and found my boost leak in less than 30 seconds. I would highly recommend this to anyone chasing a boost/evap leak.

Great spot welder works great on pulling dents out if aluminum. Used to repair body panels. Best bang for the buck.

I ordered one of these for my xmas gift.....nice to have in the garage just in case. Alternator gave up the ghost on my 2014 Grand Caravan and the procedure requires the removal of the serpentine belt. Went to move the tensioner...SNAP! Broke in half, completely rusted (what do you expect with Ottawa winters?). Still had to get the bolt off. Hit it with some penetrant; could not budge it. Broke out the Solary; 20 seconds later, put the air gun to it. Came out without hesitation!!!! Did the same for the alternator bolts; everything came out with ease.

I don't usually provide product feedback, but this tool is worth the effort. I wish I had bought on sooner; would have saved me hours of frustration drilling out broken bolts. This one repair saved me 3x the cost of this machine.

AN ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!!!

I love using this little smoke machine on my classic Volkswagens. It's very easy to use and puts out quite a bit of smoke in short time. It's uncovered critical air leaks as well as verifying when those leaks have been repaired. Since it didn't come with its own bag or case, I procured a small tool bag to hold all its various pieces.

It took less than 5 minutes to turn rusty bolts red as cherries

Works like a charm, comes with larger elements though.
