Infrared Paint Curing Lamp, usually called IR, is used to cure paint during repainting in body shop. It speeds up the curing process to minimize the damage resulted from the curing environment. IR also helps body shop technicians to meet tight deadlines.
There are 3 types of infrared in the market: long wave, medium wave and short wave, with long wave the least efficient (longest curing time) to short wave the most efficient (highest temperature, shortest curing time, can cure complex areas). Single-Head: Solary B1 Series
Solary offers 3 types of single-head curing lamps: B1, B1M and B3E. All feature direct powerful penetration into the inner layer of paint, which can completely dry two-pack paints within 15 minutes and polyester putty in 5 minutes. Coverage area for B1 Series is 0.4m² x 0.8m².

Hand-held Design: Solary IR Series
When it comes to the portable design, Solary offers 2 types of hand-held curing lamps: IR1 and IR2. Both features direct powerful penetration into the inner layer of paint, which can completely dry two-pack paints within 15 minutes and polyester putty in 5 minutes. Short-wave tubs and reflectors are hold-coated with 97% high reflectivity and strong anti-oxidation. Input voltage for IR1 and IR2 are 110V. IR1 is single-tube and IR2 is double.

Hand-Held with Stand
If you prefer low input voltage (110V) and curing lamp with a stand, while still want to keep an option of hand-held use, Solary also provides stand specially designed for IR1 and IR2. The IR1 + S2 combo and IR2 + S4 combo come with both lamp and stand, with the stand also provides power for the lamp. The height of lamp is adjustable on the stand, as well as 360 degree rotatable. Both stands are designed with locking caster for the ease of operation in body shops.

Advanced "Even Cure" Technology: IR3 Series
Solary's IR3 Series is equipped with world's latest technology to evenly cure any car surface. The specially-designed head enables "Even Cure" to perfection. IR3 is used for curing paints on sides of the cars. It is one of the best selling IR lamp in European and Australian market.
Baking area for IR3 is 1.0m² x 1.1m².
