    Use the leads as directed!! I think I over temped one. The insulation just crumples. Light never turned amber and I’m pretty sure I didn’t go over the 2 min mark by much.

    Great customer service

    The product works very well. The customer service is great - The gun would not fire and I thought it was defective. Sent it in for warranty. When I received a call back turns out that I had inadvertently caused the problem. In spite of that, they warrantied the product for me anyway - Could not ask for me. Although it is easy to get it working, I strongly recommend reading the manual in detail (it's a short read) to understand how to use it once you fire it up, that way you can avoid my mistake.

    A GOOD INDUCTION HEATER

    I LIKED THIS HEATER FOR VARIOUS REASONS. THE KIT CAME WITH THE COILS I WANTED, THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, NICE CASE, AND OVER ALL IT WORKS FINE. I HAVE PUT HUNDREDS OF HOURS ON IT AND IT WORKS FINE. I DO A DUTY CYCLE WITH IT BETWEEN HEATING AND COOLING.
    THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO SAY TO THE NEGITIVE IS THIS UNIT IS POWER/AMP SENSITIVE. THE WALL OUTLET NEEDS TO BE THE ONLY WAY TO GET FULL POWER AND A 20 AMP BREAKER WORKS EVEN BETTER.
