ISSUE WITH DELIVERY

THIS ITEM WAS DELIVERED BY AMAZON AND WAS NOT DELIVERED TO A PERSON. IT WAS LEFT SOMEWHERE IN MY CUSTOMER'S PLANT. THEY WERE FORTUNATE TO HAVE FOUND IT. THEY HAVE TROUBLE WITH AMAZON DELIVERIES AND REQUEST THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING SHIPPED IN BY AMAZON FOR THIS REASON. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW IT WAS BEING SHIPPED BY AMAZON I WOULD HAVE NOT SHIPPED THIS DIRECT TO MY CUSTOMER.

piece of crap that they will not stand behind

I bought one of these from a 3rd party reseller, and it was dead on arrival. I contacted the company, provided them with the seller name and invoice. Even though it was new and well inside the warranty period, they would not fix it, replace it, or refund my money. Good luck with this piece of crap !!!

Second one in less than a year

Works good when they work, second one since 12/23 seem like a 20 use and throw it away tool need to work on quality for the price. Will see how long it takes customer service to reply this time. They took last review down for the negative reviw, so they must know about their product quality and don't want honest reviews

Stuck exhaust studs??? NO PROBLEM!

This thing was fantastic, had 2 stuck exhaust studs on my 7.3 powerstroke diesel, not only was it super easy to use but it also got the job done. I didn’t want to weld a nut on and try to get it off that way and I didn’t have access to a torch and map gas wasn’t enough, bought this tool it showed up 2 days later and BAM got both of them out. Highly recommend, just as good as one of those snapon or Matco or any big name company.

Glad I got this tool.

I was able to remove all 8 cab mounts of my 12 year old F350 with no hassle. This tool has either soften or melted those locktite really good.
